Reporting and moderation

Early access · Version 5 · Updated 23 October 2026

Mottoapp early access is for people aged 18 and over. It is a motorcycle community, not an emergency service. Call 112 or 999 for an emergency. Reports and email are not continuously monitored.

Report content or a safety concern

Members can use Report on supported posts, listings, comments and messages. For a concern outside those controls, or if you cannot sign in, email Demeyeapps@gmail.com. Anyone may use this email channel without a Mottoapp account. Use the subject “Mottoapp content notice”.

Include the exact content link or reference, where it appears, why you believe it is unlawful or breaches our rules, and supporting information. Include a contact email so we can acknowledge and respond, except where giving identifying information would be inappropriate for a report of sexual abuse or exploitation of children. State that the information is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge and belief. Do not send unnecessary identification documents, sensitive medical details or copies of illegal imagery.

What happens next

The site owner reviews reports and may ask for clarification. The in-app reports screen provides a reference, status and any published decision. Email notices are handled manually; the owner will acknowledge them and communicate an outcome using the supplied contact details. A report does not automatically remove content.

We assess the content, the applicable rule or law, the explanation and relevant context. We may leave content in place, remove it, restrict access, or seek specialist advice. Decisions are made by a person; the current app does not use automated content-removal decisions. For applicable serious criminal concerns, we will contact the appropriate authorities. Do not use reporting to harass others or submit knowingly false notices.

Reasons and requests for review

Affected members can view published explanations in Profile → Content decisions. Reporters can use Profile → My reports. Use “Request review” or email the report reference, disputed decision and explanation to request reconsideration. The owner reviews the request and records a further decision. Where a formal or external redress mechanism applies, we will provide the applicable information; these internal tools do not remove legal rights or the right to contact a regulator or court.

Community and commercial content

No unlawful content, threats, fraud, harassment, disclosure of another person’s private information, infringement of copyright or encouragement of dangerous riding. Business offers must be identifiable, accurate and authorised by the business. A paid account, badge or published listing does not mean Mottoapp has inspected or endorsed a business or motorcycle.

Discover normally orders eligible items by publication or sharing time. Category filters select the types of item shown. Private chat invitations are not made public merely because they are shared in a chat. We do not currently sell a paid boost to alter Discover ranking. Local normally shows community and business listings before fictional samples; members can choose name or newest order and county/category filters. Trip ideas place eligible overall ratings with at least three contributions first, followed by labelled starter suggestions. These are not paid placements.

Contacts

Users, authorities and other organisations can contact the operator, Marcel Gheorghe, at Demeyeapps@gmail.com. Communications can be made in English. The applicable Digital Services Act classification, exemptions and any additional formal procedures remain subject to legal review during this early-access review. Small size or a sign-in requirement does not by itself exempt the service from all Digital Services Act obligations.
