Withdrawal and refunds
Stopping renewal, withdrawing from a contract and deleting an account are separate actions. If you want to exercise a statutory withdrawal right or request a refund, email Demeyeapps@gmail.com with your account email, the contract or subscription reference if known, and a clear statement of your request. No special wording or mandatory reason is required to exercise a withdrawal right.
